Patient education and counseling
By providing trained nurses, we can help improve patients’ understanding of their complex clinical therapies, and improve their treatment adherence. A patient survey conducted in the UK showed that patient education and counseling by Alcura nurses is well-received, with over 97%* of patients rating the overall service provided by our staff from Excellent to Good.
Direct patient training
One-to-one patient training given by our trained nurses can also allow patients to safely self-administer their medicines in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. We believe that giving patients this medical independence can greatly enhance their quality of life.
Improving patient adherence
Follow-up and reassurance is also provided by our patient management centers in each country.
In addition, innovative technology such as remote trackers or pre-packed monitoring dosage systems can be used to support or maintain adherence.
