Our trained patient support teams can take the worry out of obtaining your prescription medicines by arranging a safe and secure delivery directly to your home. All deliveries are overseen by our qualified pharmacy teams.
Convenient, discreet delivery
In the UK, we can also arrange for your medicines to be ready and waiting for you to collect at participating Boots pharmacy stores* near your home or your workplace, if that is more convenient. Our patient support teams will contact you discreetly by phone before each delivery to arrange your individual medication delivery or collection times. Just let us know what you prefer, and we'll take care of it.
Complete treatment packs
If you have complex prescription needs, we can also supply and deliver complete treatment packs that contain the necessary medical equipment and clinical consumables you require. For example, these items may include medical devices, wipes, sharp bins, infusion pumps, pre-packed monitored dosage systems (MDS), and fridges for cold medication storage.
